EXPLORE: We ignite early interest by coordinating facility tours with advanced local tech primes, hosting industry speakers, and financing youth-led engineering workshops for younger Westside peers.
LEGACY: Students enter specialized Small Learning Communities (SLCs) to acquire skills in technical design, advanced manufacturing, and blueprint reading, honoring the industrial roots of their community. Concurrently, we embed personal resilience and wellness coaching directly into the technical labs, equipping youth with the focus, stress management, and communication skills required to thrive on a high-stakes shop floor.
EARN: We transition candidates seamlessly into paid industry internships, apprenticeships, and localized employment. Simultaneously, we connect students to skills trades at LBCC through Dual Enrollment, 100% tuition-free via the Long Beach College Promise.
